Accessorius on Etsy
I found out about Etsy seller Accessorius through one of my favorite blogs, Kingdom of Style. (Be sure to check out KoS for various style ideas for Accessorius pieces.) I love the assortment of necklaces, cowls, and gorgets. Seller is based in Finland, but shipping rates are very reasonable.
