Thing 28
Today's thing-a-day is a direct result of two comments I received on my 5 min notebook tutorial. Commenter Oscar suggested I use a pamphlet stitch (which originally I thought would take a lot longer, but it really didn't) and commenter lizziebees added that she created her version using a greeting card. I didn't have a greeting card, but I did have a cute notecard that I found at Target a few years ago in the dollar section (5 designs, 5/1.00.... I used the other ones for birthdays). Five minutes of work and now I have a great notecard sketchbook. It's really lovely. Thanks for your help Oscar and lizziebees!
P.S. I LOVE my new paper cutter. It really chopped the prep time in half.
P.P.S. I will miss thing-a-day. Thanks to everyone that participated. I told myself I would continue this in the month of March, but because I'm not really held accountable we'll see what happens! I ate least hope I can make 15 things!
Congratulations on finishing the TAD challenge! I am (in a way) quite glad it is over, I was getting desperate towards the end to get inspiration for things to make. I loved these last notebooks you have made - very pretty!
